is side quest sill bugged?

I'm kinda holding on on my keys, I used my first 10 knowing it's bugged and I won't be able to quit the path and reclaim same path rewards over and over, and we already got 2 keys as a compensation for that, so the question is,
is it still bugged? or it's now fixed?
or did you plan to keep it this way so that you can only get the path rewards once?
