Is my roster ready for 6.4?

I have recently finished 6.3 after some tough fights here or there. Not as bad at the champion in 6.2. I finished the new variant as well. I have all variants except 1 which I am halfway done. Am I ready for 6.4? If not what do I need and who should I take up? I am planning to use a 4-5 gem on void once I get more iso. What fights should I look out for on my 6.4 run?
