Summoner level 60 unusable items from hard earned crystals

I've written a thread regarding this same topic when I first joined the forums. Unfortunately, it received no feedback or explanation from a Kabam Representative, and I basically gave it up.
Now, a couple months have passed and I'm compelled to revisit my original request/suggestion out of sheer frustration and dissatisfaction from the following results since, and am hoping to gain some support from those that are in the "same boat" as I.
I reached summoner level 60 approx. late last year. And as all level 60 players should know, we no longer gain XP points to advance to a higher level, 60 is the ceiling and no hints to it changing. Since then, I've recieved literally countless amounts of the XP boosts(40% & 50%) from alliance, lesser and greater solo event crystals. XP boosts that sell in the Store for 100 units, but return only 100 gold if we choose to sell them, and the only other "value" they hold is 100 points towards the Item Use Alliance event which runs once a week. For Level 60 players, thats it, there is nothing more we can gain from them.
And oddly as it may sound, I've gotten them quite more than when I actually had a good use for them. Just today, I opened 1 alliance and about 4 lower and 3 greater solo crystals, and pulled 4 XP boosts. 50% of the "rewards" for the crystals I played over 5hrs to accumulate netted me items of nearly no value that I gain next to nothing for in any content of the game.
If they were rewarded from a crystal that needed no real effort to get, such as the free or daily, I wouldnt even give it a 2nd thought. But to get them for crystals that I had spent hours of play to put together in numerous events, is just a bit too difficult to accept as a fair tradeoff. It possibly may be considered a different aspect of the game, but the uncollected players are seperated and receive different rewards for the dailys and vice versa. Is it not possible to differentiate summoner level 60 players along the same lines where possibly the XP boosts are not included in the pool of rewards? Apart from other things that could use improvement for a better playing experience, I have to say that this has got to be the #1 needing improvement because it really leaves no impression other than the feeling similar to being cheated, for lack of a better word. I truly hope this does not fall on deaf ears. Thanks

Kabam, if you want your top players keep playing, please make the rewards desirable. Keep getting XP boosts are very frustrating. Arena boosts are not that attractive as well.
In case you don't understand, those little frustrations will accumulate and thus compel dedicated players. Please spend some effort to understand those frustrations and make changes. I think these changes will be easier to fix than creating new characters and new contents, but it will generate the same positive effects.
But I mean honestly you can use them during item usage and they have a decent value there. You always have the option to sell. but if this is your biggest complaint then just stop complaining.
I stopped at 2mil in the Iceman arena yesterday, and got 30 arena crystals and pulled an avg of just over 3k(lowest amount avail) gold per and nothing else. All of that I can accept because first, its luck, and second, we may not need it now but eventually we will, and we benefit some semblance of fair value for whatever it may be. In this specific case with the XP boost however, I cant honestly say that the 2 options we have that I had mentioned earlier, to be anywhere near a fair tradeoff. 100 units it costs to buy a 40% XP boost. 100 units gets us 5 gold crystal that can net a minimum of 2400 gold each, which would be 12k gold min.
Option #1 to sell the boost nets us 1000 gold, when compared to the cost/reward of buying one, it is slightly off balanced to say the least. Option #2 of dumping them for Item Use nets us 100pts per and nothing else, which is the same amount of points for an arena boost. I'd much much rather have the aren boost since I can benefit the extra arena points for using them coinciding with Item Use.
@mum_m2 , as I appreciate your feedback regardless of differing opinions, I would have to argue that your suggestion of how to "combat this from Kabam development perspective" is not a "minimal impactive" solution for the issue.
There are quite a number of other tweaks that can be implemented which could have very little to no impact to the overall game dynamics and fair level competitive progression of every player.
IMO, T4B's are a high tier game changing item that shouldn't be considered in the same categorie as a little sum of gold or Alliance event points. But your idea of resetting the XP meter once reaching level 60, followed by some sort of achievement reward after each revolution is similar to one of the handful of thoughts I had also.
Another method is to have parameters set where level 60 players have the XP boosts ommitted from the rewards, and if that's somehow not feasible, maybe have the boost become another "spin" if we happen to land it. Or increase summoner levels and have a mastery point awarded at each subsequent level. All three mastery sections have "coming soon" portions at the end of the trees which are supposedly being worked on for implementation which everyone will eventually reach and utilize equally.
And I'd rather view my "complaint" not as such, but more along the lines of positive critisism regarding something that could be retooled to better serve the overall enjoyment of gameplay for the community without overstepping on Kabams development objectives.
Lastly, your final comment is akin to me advising you "don't complain about my complaint". LOL
