I mean this is just my personal opinion on her. People have hate towards Domino and they can if they want to. I don’t see her having much use now. She has good utility and possible best power control in game but I rarely see people use her if they don’t have to and most of the time you don’t have to. As I said earlier Blade is a great champion but he isn’t used much anymore. Why? Because there are better options
Magik is a good champion but would you pick her over any other champ that has power control? Would you pick her over Doom? I highly doubt it and that’s why she doesn’t get as much play as she used to. If you use her everyday for some reason then cool IDC but the Truth of the Matter is that she isn’t as good as she once was because of the shift in the meta
Although Magik undoutedly has the better power control, most people will pick Doom over Magik for day to day stuff (Excluding war) mainly because his damage is much better and he has some other tid-bits of utility such as being a massive tank, easy access to staggers and nullify of sp1,etc.
However, I think the reason people have a problem with your statements is because you called her outdated and that she's used rarely. Most people here will respect your opinion but that's not an opinion, it's false. Plus you called her mediocre for war when there are a ton of videos of youtube showcasing people using her for high-tier war due to her control and playstyle. The choice is between Magik and Tigra. You are arguing against Magik as opposed to for Tigra. If the OP had the choice between Magik and Doom, then almost everyone would be agreeing with you.

Magik is suicide friendly, doom isnt. Makes her better for war offense, and her limbo minimizes block damage, and she will have your opponent at 0 power the whole fight. She’s a top tier war attacker for sure

There's a difference between controlling power and completely removing it from the equation. I've had to bring magik to countless wars because removing power dumbs most characters and nodes down to backdrafts and stand up intercepts. There are plenty of times I've had to bring magik instead of Doom and that's with a r3 Doom.
If you don’t have a power control champ, then Magik. I think Tigra is better than Magik when played well, but I’ve heard she can be very hard to master, so Magik would be the safer route.

She is one of the best old Champions like Archangel.
She will keep her relevance.
