How good is Luke Cage?

I just got him as a six star, he's unduped and rank 1. I play a lot of aq map 4 and I am uncollected. Is Luke Cage useful or is he meme tier?

    Useful for sure but his dupe opens up a lot of space to play him. I have him at rank 5 5* sig 200. He can still help me with some nodes but my roster got big and he pretty much sits there
