Say I want stryfe , ibom or spider ham. And they’re not yet in the Basic if I claim a mutant or science nexus before they’re out and wait for them to come out will they be in it? or do I have to wait for them to come out in the basic first

    No you can get the crystal and wait until they’re in the basic pool to open it
