6* R3 decisions advice

I have 4 dilemmas I'd appreciate some thoughts on.
1. Is duped wasp worthy of going to R3? I already have caiw at r5 sig 200 as a 5*. Same goes for void, thing, red guardian and ibom.
2. Should I take unduped falcon to r3? I have 6* duped nick fury but he is also one of my r5 5*s.
3. I have a 6* mystic awakening gem. Should i awaken and r3 my 6* dr doom even though i have him at r5sig200 5*, or should i rank up dragon man or someone else.
4. Should I r3 g2099. I use her a bit in AQ map6 but not many other places.

G99 is awesome and also worthy of R3.
I’d do Fury but Falcon is a good one.
Awaken Doom. Six stars are the future of the game.
G2099, I might hold off.
Fury is one of the top 5 champs in game, should def r3. Not sure why it’s a discussion when nick is duped and Falcon is not, and seems likely you’ll replace the resources before long, maybe before u dupe Falcon.
I’d awaken Doom, at high sig he can cheese some paths, adds a little utility. And he’s clear king of the class. But if u use Dragon Man or Man Thing I think they benefit more.
I like G99 and wanna r3 mine, but in ur case I’d wait and see if I can get Ghost to go w ur Wasp. I’d consider HB to r3 over her too.
Looking forward to my roster having these kinds of problems someday.
My biggest thing with ranking fury over falcon was that i dont have a 5* falcon but i do have 5* nick fury, though I do see why he'd be the better choice.
I see dooms value as one of the best champs in the game but same thing as with my skill team, just thinking about whether i should still be diversifying now and ranking doom later.
Reason I'm looking at ranking g99 is because every tech champ I'd rank over her i have at r5 5*.
All that being said im really not sure if im just thinking about 5*s too much seeing as how 6*s are for sure the future of the game.
