Contest of Realms not resetting

On my FTP account I"ve used keys to go into the contest of realms side quest, then not been able to complete so I quit out.... a few times now when I use ANOTHER key to go back into another one - it's the exact same quest, with the same opponents, minus the missing rewards... what's the deal?
