Use rank up gem on Clair or save it for Doom?

I pulled a mystic gem from variant 7. As of now I have 2 r5's Apoc and Falcon. I am going all in on this 5 * featured for Stryfe so I might pull doom. Who will help more for my account and MAINLY Act 6? Im still probably going to save it for the next month but I mainly want to know whos better for 6.2 and forward. BTW I have Dragon Man, Mojo, and duped Sasquatch as well.

    I am not really there yet myself, but I heard that Doom is good for the Champion Boss

    If you run suicides, Clair. If you don't I would probably save it for Doom or Sorcerer Supreme.
