Which mystic champ to awaken and r3?!?

Hi team, I've got a mystic awakening gem and almost a mystic t5cc. I have r5 sig200 5* doom which is what makes this a tricky decision.
So I'd love to hear opinions on who i should awaken and take to r3.

    R3 doom
    Honestly I'd be inclined to awaken DM and R3 Doom unless you need prestige but that's just me.

    Thats another option I've been considering. Just still very unsure if its worth having multiple dooms. Prestige is nice but not too necessary really.
