Will I Get AQ Rewards With This?

Recently joined an alliance and the current AQ rotation ends in 3 Days 14 Hours but I’m not eligible for rewards for 3 Days 6 Hours. So 8 hours before the rotation ends I’ll officially be able to earn rewards. Will the past three days of AQ count?
