Cable Degen Bug Not Listed?

I read the patch notes and the Cable degen bug was not listed as one of the fixes. I saw on the forum somewhere that it would be fixed on the next patch so I wanted ask if he is getting fixed or not? A clarification would be nice. Thank you.
