Mephisto - Trader of Souls (Rework Suggestion)

I came with a quick suggestion for a Mephisto rework in another thread, but I thought I could expand on the base idea in a full post. The general purpose of this rework is to not only make Mephisto a better champion, but also give the Mystic class its own Apocalypse-like champion that can both buff characters in general and a few specifically. I also tried to design him in such a way that you don't constantly have to use up all of your Soul Charges in order to keep control over the opponent's Buffs.
The idea behind the general buffs and curses is that Mystics benefits the most throughout the quest, while #Villains gains boons for specific fights and #Heroes are cursed throughout the quest but blessed for specific fights. However, this curse shouldn't be too noticeable for most #Heroes unless they rely heavily on Buffs.
I had planned to do a couple more "Horsemen-esque" buffs for more Mystic champions, but alas, they turned out to be very time-consuming. Unstoppable Colossus and Juggernaut had to do.
Mephisto - Trader of Souls
Persistent Soul Charge Mephisto starts a quest with 3 Persistent Soul Charges, gaining an additional charge each time he knocks out an opponent, up to a max of 6 Soul Charges. Persistent Soul Charges travel with him from fight-to-fight. When below 30% Health, up to 3 Persistent Soul Charges are consumed, Regenerating 10% of Base Health each. Mephisto does not take damage while consuming his Persistent Soul Charges through this ability and its healing cannot be modified.
Passive Mephisto imprisons the opponent’s soul at the start of the fight, reducing the potency of their Buffs by 85% for 15 seconds. Generates 12% of a Power Bar per second instead of taking Incinerate Energy Damage and immune to Frostbite and Coldsnap.
Immune to all known poisons of the Battlerealm as well as to Passive Ability Accuracy Modifications.
Aura of Incineration When Aura of Incineration is active, Mephisto generates Power through his passive Power Gain, and for each stack nearby, opponents take 350 Incinerate Energy Damage per second per active Buff on them. If a Buff expires while the Aura is active, deal a burst of 1200 Incinerate damage. Max 3 stacks.
Heavy Attack Increase the duration of Aura of Incineration by 2,5 seconds. Heavy Attacks made while the SP3 Aura of Incinerate is active instead cancels the Aura and steals 20% of the opponent's current power.
Special 1: Soul Imprisonment
Mephisto blasts lava from his mouth and then immediately summons a mystical wave of bones, imprisoning the opponent’s soul. Consumes a Persistent Soul Charge to imprison the opponent’s soul, reducing the potency of their Buffs by 85% for 15 seconds.
If Aura of Incineration is active, reduce the potency of their Buffs by 100%. Incinerates the opponent, dealing 1850 Energy Damage per stack over 4 seconds. This also removes Perfect Block Chance and reduces Block Proficiency by 50%.
Special 2: Aura of Incineration
Lashing his opponent's soul with his whip, Mephisto then conjures an Aura of Incineration around himself that lasts for 8 seconds.
If this attack knocks the opponent out, gain an extra Soul Charge.
Special 3: Alternate Reality
Mephisto manipulates reality to shrink his opponent, swallowing them in order to drain their Power and spitting them out when he is done. Mephisto Power Burns the opponent for 1 Bar of Power, then drains 5% Power per active Buff on the opponent.
If this drains the opponent of Power completely, Mephisto activates his Aura of Incineration for the rest of the fight. This Aura reduces the potency of opponent Buffs by 70% and deals 400 amount of damage per second per Buff on the opponent, but does not have any passive Power Gain.
Signature Ability: Burning Aura
Mephisto burns with anger as the opponent grows in power, activating his Aura of Incineration around himself. When the opponent reaches 2 full Bars of Power, gain a 10 – 50% chance to activate his Aura of Incineration for 4 seconds.
Synergies:
Deal with the Devil
The devil trades in souls and Champions can sell theirs to him for his boons. Just beware that this may come at a price.
#Hero Champions:
* Opponent suffers -15% Offensive Power Rate.
* Gain 70% Incinerate Resistance.
* Take a burst of 310 Incinerate damage every time they activate a Buff.
* The Resistance only lasts for one fight, but the burst damage persists throughout the quest.
* Lose 1 Soul Charge
The burst damage is negligible when you have the Resistance active, but be careful of activating the ability too early in a quest - especially if you rely on a lot of Buffs or dexes.
#Villain Champions:
* Opponent suffers -20% Defensive Power Rate.
* Gain Incinerate Immunity.
* Deal a burst of 1200 Incinerate damage to the opponent every time they gain a Buff.
* Only applies for one fight but can be applied to multiple #Villains throughout the quest.
* Lose 1 Soul Charge
Mystic Champions:
* Opponents suffer -25% Passive Power Gain.
* Gain 90% Incinerate Resistance.
* When struck for more than 15% of Max Health, 20% chance to gain an Aura of Incineration for 4 seconds that reduces the potency of opponent Buffs by 50% and deals 350 Incinerate damage per Buff to the Opponent each second.
* If below 30% health, power burn the opponent for 10% power when they reach 3 Bars of Power, dealing Incinerate damage. Can only be activated once per fight.
* Can only be applied to one Mystic champion per quest, but last for the duration of the quest.
* Lose 3 Soul Charges.
Demonic Villainy
Unstoppable Colossus
* All Buffs triggered are passives.
* The chance to trigger Armor Ups when attacked is increased to 30%, each lasting indefinitely and reducing damage by 10%. When 5 stacks are reached, gain an Unstoppable buff. If the opponent hits into the Buff, all stacks of Armor explode into an Armor Break reducing your armor by 1 for 15 seconds. Then deal 3500 Incinerate damage to the opponent and stun them for 1,5 seconds.
* While under the effect of an Armor Break, critical hits inflict a non-stacking Armor Break on the opponent. This reduces their armor by 2000 and leaves them Disoriented, both effects lasting for 1 second.
* The chance to trigger Fury when attacking is increased to 15%, each lasting indefinitely and increasing damage by 10%. When 5 stacks are reached, become Unblockable for your next attack. If you break the opponent's block, nullify all of their Buffs and deal 900 Incinerate damage for each.
* If either an Unblockable or Unstoppable Buff is active during a special attack, increase the attack rating during the special attack by 100% (SP1), 150% (SP2) or 200% (SP3).
Juggernaut
* All Buffs triggered are passive.
* Juggernaut is immune to Stun. If the opponent tries to Stun him, he applies a Stagger debuff.
* If the opponent tries to Block him when he is Unstoppable, become Unblockable for 1 second.
* If the opponent attacks into Juggernaut while he is Unstoppable, Stun them for 1 second.
* When Unstoppable, gain a 30% chance to trigger Fury, each lasting indefinitely and increasing damage by 10%. When 5 stacks are reached, deal a burst of 3500 Incinerate damage and nullify all of the opponent's Buffs.
* If Mystic Dispersion is not active, gain 3% Power for each Buff nullified. If Mystic Dispersion is active, Power Burn the opponent for 3% of Max Power per Buff nullified.
