Inequity modified attack question

I found out that since December, Inequity works on modified attack instead of base attack (sorry for the English spelling), and I have been waiting 3 years for Kabam to fix this..personally I think it should also work with base attack rating, but maybe it would be too OP...my question is: what is"modified attack"? I am doing act 5, and all defenders have "champion boost" and "ISO infused". So Inequity should work on both right?

    Modified attack is the attack after nodes, champions abilities etc.
