Organized alliance of mature adults who love to play this game and strive to be successful as possible, while still recognizing and respecting the idea that sometimes people have more important/other things to do.
We do multiple levels of AQ every day. Some groups do Map 5 while another holds back in Map 3 or 4, so people can focus on other parts of the game or not participate because they are too busy, yet not leave their teammates high and dry.
We use a similar system for war, creating a challenge for those that want one, yet not stressing those that don’t.
Line use is a must, as communication is the key.
