Doom causing shocks when dexterity buff expires bug

This bug is back dexterity triggering off is not a nullify and should put a shock on me when fighting doom. Can’t turn dex off in war againt doom so that is a bug and unfair interaction

    Was this on buffet or power snack because as it counts as nullify it will shock
