Moleman not shrugging off debuffs

After update moleman no longer shrugging off debuffs. Images attached from two different game modes.

    Not just mutants, he can’t shrug off against any class types!

    This one against void. He has been my go to void killer since his buff. This is unacceptable!!

    This is not a new bug. Persistent charges
    Moleman doesn’t have persistent charges

    Doesn't matter if characters have persistent charges or not. It's the persistent charge bug
    I understand the persistent charges bug is causing this, but it would help the OP if you were more clear about it.

    The persistent charge bug is starting to feel like how we just blame everything on Covid now...

    There's a lot more going on. Couple of threads with masteries not working now. In AW my doom just took damage from ihulk while doom was mid sp1. Ihulk should have gotten stopped with the blast when I intercepted with sp1 but he walked through it and hit me while the special was in motion. Wish I had been recording. Guess I have to start recording every single fight now.
