Parry Mastery stopped working

Was playing Incursions when suddenly my parries stopped working.
It wasn't a node (happened in different fights), wasn't my timing, I've been playing for well over 3 years and almost completing Act 6, I know how to parry...
It seems like the Mastery has been somehow deactivated
