Shut down masteries

in Bugs and Known Issues
I went into incursions and found that my masteries were shut off, is that a bug or a new mechanic they added?

    Happened to me too. No parry and my PI was much lower.

    It's a bug, I believe it's being investigated at the moment. I would imagine it's a pretty high priority.
