Which Buffed Champ should I Rank Up?

Just wanna have some fun and take one of these guys to R4. If I'm comfortable with them I might add them to a Questing team too.

1) 5* OG BP (Sig 20)
OR
2) 5* Vulture (Unawakened)

(No poll unfortunately, the Forums aren't letting me make one.)
Any suggestions on this decision would be greatly appreciated.
