Infinite Loading Screen on IOS

I’m using an iPhone 11, game is version 31.0, phone is 14.5.1. When I start up the game it loads infinitely on the mr negative screen. I’ve checked my internet connection and it’s working fine. I’ve tried both WiFi and cellular data. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game, after choosing the language the same issue occurs. The longest I’ve let it load is 30 minutes. My name in game is irrelevant but it’s “ItzCyrex”. Game simply refuses to open, there’s not even an error message or the little internet issue symbol.
