CGR's SP3 crash

The title says it all CGR's sp3 kicks me out of the game .There's ntng wrong with my device. I've seen this on the other posts too , the moment someone writes smtn' related to cash ppl all jump in saying the problem lies with the device but the issue is nowhere related to my device , cuz it's new,upto date and working just fine. Well I just want people to look into it since my account's heavily dependent on CGR .
