6.2.1 Lifecycle Bug Hulk Rag/Hulkbuster 100% regening.

In 6.2.1 I have 1 lane left. I can't complete this lane because the Champs weather it's hulk rag or hulkbuster will get to 25-20% health and instantly regen to 100%. Not even when it's a knockout blow. I'm using a sig 200 r5 5 star void with fear of void synergy so regening should 100% not be an option. I've wasted numerous revives and potions and it's been an ongoing issue. Please fix. My ingame is johnstocton. If I can ill attach a video of it happen.
