Question about the SQ

My mini is bout to reach lvl 45 and wanted to know if the legendary difficulty can be accessed by UCs.

    Idk if they changed it but I thought it was lvl 55 to access Cav-level SQ

    Could be wrong; I haven’t paid attention since I’m both lvl 60 and cav

    I'm level 52 and UC, I can do the legendary difficulty in sq
