Shouldnt venom ignore it at all?since it doesnt say it reduce the chance.

    I believe the fight has Pilfer, which can remove the Klintar buff.

    Pilfer removes the Klintar buff at the start of the fight so spidey can evade. Simply wait for it to come back and you'll be ok.
