Android Masteries Bug

I'm actually not sure where to report the bugs, but I was playing Incursions in Sector 7, and my Internet was really fast, but when I was in a match, I suddenly couldn't parry or evade. I then lost the fight and saw that my champion's PI levels were drastically lower than usual. I went into another game, and I could parry, evade, and my attack was much lower than it should have been. I lost at Room 3 because of this issue, and I don't know how to fix it because it won't change. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but my masteries are bugged, and I won't be able to play without parry or dexterity. Where can I inform the developers, so they could fix this and I can play again?

This just happened to me on IOS. No parry and no dex.

Oh, so its just an overall incursion bug? It sucks cause I already used all my best champions for incursions and it kinda got wasted. You think that maybe we'll receive compensation?

Also, I think it was all masteries... not just parry and dex, cause I wasn't doing much damage either.
