All my champs rating lowered and I did not reset my masteries

Hey this is very strange. Gambit was 11k, ronin was 10k and carnage was 10k for example. Out of nowhere , it just lowered. HELP! I didn’t reset my masteries. It just came out of nowhere

    Its a bug that's been happening, just reset your game and it should go back, they're looking into the bug

    The bug is caused by incursions
    Restart and everything will go back to normal.
    Avoid incursions for now
