Has Kabam acknowledged the NF LMD bug?

I'm curious if they have said 'Yes there is a bug with Nick Fury' because it's a major issue and maybe they have... Since the update, for me personally, he has gone straight to LMD every single time I've played him.

Thanks. I have seen this thread. I'll drop in there. It does definitely seem like it has ramped up since the update..

It's not the NF LMD bug, its a bug with the persistent charge mechanic. It's been happening for several months.
