Heroic in new side quest is bugged i think [Not Bug]

Um for the first couple of days ive been getting the 10 rings for the new side event which is amazing by the way right now im going for the gold ring and when i tried entering the side event heroic round 3 chapter 2 with a team of 5 star awakened crossbones, 5 star odin, 3 star shang chi, 5 star awakened human torch, and 5 star awakened corvus glaive it loaded for 2 seconds and it popped up a error message saying in red this quest is not available right now i tried again to double check same exact scenario occurred i dont know if this is a bug but its a tad bit annoying and i really want the rest of rewards.

End from 1.1 or 1.2.,
Start new.
