Forums not allowing me to post a Poll

Hi guys,
For over a week or so I have been trying to do post a poll on the Tips & Strategy forums bit it wont let me add more than one poll choice. It keeps saying that I " cannot add more than one unspecified poll option" or something similar. I thought it was a temporary issue but its been over a week now.... help plz!!!
