Light attack

I'm gonna sound so stupid, but no matter what I do I can't finish a fight with a light attack to finish the Shang chi missions. I don't have a character who can win with one blow and I know a light attack only requires hitting the right side of the screen and I do that without doing a medium attack and it still won't give me the point (I also know I'm not doing a special attack only the regular one). So if someone can help I would really appreciate it.

Parry and tap with a light attack instead of a medium attack.
Or intercept with light attacks.

What will-o-wisp said. Or you can just do light intercepts if you know how to do that. Another way to do it is just tap on the screen, do not swipe it. Swipe = medium, tap = light.

I’ve just started parrying and tapping the side of the screen instead of swiping. Worked wonders

Will-o-wisp has said is 100% true, just be cool don't get tensed
Or otherwise play as u like at last 20%-5% attack with only light attack ( if u can throw sp's throw if u think it will finish him off then don't throw sp's)

Play RTL 1.1 the champs there have such low health even 4* can end them with one light attack
