Stop giving unstoppable colossus in alliance crystal!

I'm getting pretty sick of constantly picking this mess of a champion in these crystal. Both 2 and 3 are well and truly maxed out sig. If I want him I'll buy him in the store. Can he either be replaced with something useful or be buffed so people actually want to use him? Please?
