    RG needs his awakening with high sig I believe. LC doesn't NEED his awakening like RG. I would say LC right now but if both were awakened then RG.

    RG is extremely niche until you have him at pretty much max sig. I'd hold off. It's hard to be patient, but you'll be happy later.
