    Cosmic Ghost Rider has the better special 3 animation of these two, I think few would disagree with that.

    I would have to go with Hype personally. Have both at r5, definitely nice having hype duped to help stack more Fury, but he is still great without it. Can't go wrong with either, but I give hype the edge cuz he can Regen if need be and his sp2 can stun, which if you do it right, you can do a sp2 (if it stuns) Heavy, 5 hit combo into another sp2 and usually opponent is dead by then. Plus he can power gain without even attacking, which can be very useful with certain nodes.

    Damage with reliable utility - Hyperion

    PS: I'm not telling CGR has no utility, the utility Hyperion offers that CGR doesn't are the stuns and power gain without attacking. CGR has his own utility too.
