Who do i rank up:
4 star The vision(AOU) ability level 27
5 star rocket raccoon unduped.
I am one of those players that are not very skilled so go for attack. Only on act 5.1.2.

    I would go with vision . Rocket can not take A hit well. Visions special special attacks . Take away power so enemy can’t use special attack on u.

    Vision. As said above rocket has very low HP. Probably the lowest in the game. He hits like a tank but if you're not great at dodging/intercepting then you'll get stomped on. Besides which vision is arguably one of the best tech champs to begin with. Power control will take you farther than raw damage against bosses.

    I took up my rocket raccoon partially because i couldnt be bothered to wait for another tier 4 basic. He is now 6050 from 4300 and has 2050 attack which i love using. His less than 12k life is a bit of a problem

    Now i just need to wait to rank up a another 5 star , skill is next but my best skill is a five star winter soldier lol
