Progressing through Act 4. Parry and Dexterity are mastered.

Which Masteries should I focus on unlocking next?

Work your way up to something like this.
After you can either expand to willpower, Deep Wounds or Mystic Dispersion depending on the champions you use.

How does your main questing team look like? It could possibly help you remove few points from the block prof mastery, and maybe you could have more potent furies.

I run quite a lot of champs with decent block proficiency. Also, I have Guardian often, who provides more block proficiency. I kinda have champs who rely on parry. So I invest in Perfect block, making my parry stuns longer, and giving me decent block stuff too.
I have CGR and Corvus, so there is not much of a need for me to invest in precision.

So, what I'm trying to say is, post a pic of your roster, and tell us a lil more about your progression, like chapter 2 or 3.

I always run one point in Willpower, I find it so useful even when I'm not running suicides. It just helps you keep your health up in a lot of fights, and every "Gain (some debuff) by (doing some action)" node becomes a great opportunity to heal up rather than just an annoyance.

Then I run Deep Wounds because I always seem to run with at least one champion that does a lot of Bleed damage, and I always have Mystic Dispersion for my mystic champions.

Those are the most important in my setup, beyond just the basic ones. I also run two points in Despair to help out my Void and other debuff-heavy champs, and one point in Assassin to help off opponents a little faster at the end of the fight. I used to run maxed-out Glass Cannon, but I couldn't spare the points this time.
