Funny persistent charge bug(?) with iHulk resulting in what I assume is infinite immortality

Ummm I have no idea if this is just how you play iHulk or something, or even how I did this but how is he immortal even though is immortality is on cooldown? I think this could be abused if there is a way to repeatedly turn on immortality
