What to do with my iso?

Thanks to this event, I have acquired a large amount of skill iso. I had plans on upgrading a few other champions, but with skill being one of my weakest classes, I don’t know if I should rank up a skill champ first and use the iso on them instead 
I was strictly ranking up 5*s to make use of all of my t1a, but I was planning on eventually r2ing mole man. Keep in mind, I am low on t2 alpha since I just r5d my Hyperion.
