Game randomly crashes during AW cause lost of 50% health without going into fight.

    Ipad air 4 256GB model
    Ipad OS14.5
    Game version v31.0.1
    Game Mode: Allinace War
    About to enter the fight and the game crashed loosing 50% of my health. Had to renter fight with lose health

    Happened to me too on my second account !

    I use an iPhone 8 on iOS latest version
    Game version V31.0.1
    Game Mode : Alliance war
    Champion used : Red Magneto 5R5 lvl 65 against a Guillotine 2099
    Just click on the fight button and the game crashed, leaving my champion half life and giving a kill to the other alliance.

    This kind of behavior happen regularly on this device and on my main device (iPhone 12 same iOS and game version) when i click the fight button whether i am on Alliance Quest, arenas or event quest.

    By the way, what i noticed i that when the game crash the device is quite hot and as been used for several hours.
    I had another problem when i click on the help button in arenas, the game simply freeze ! only way i found to play again, is to reload the game.

    They know this issue, this issue has been ongoing for many months. They just keep asking for more info yet they have literally hundreds of posts with all types of devices all of the same crashing, same lag, same dropped inputs. Yet no fix or compensation for the extra resources you have to use.

    u always ask for the device yet that has noting to do with it. Everyone is experiencing this so it is clearly on your side

    Just now I had on my Galaxy Tab S2 also a total failure at the start of battle in the current AK.
    Doom against CGR. Doom fully healed, boosted and then started the fight.
    The fight has simply not loaded - not even after 10 minutes!
    Game restarted. Doom lost 50% life, gave away a kill for nothing.

    So annoying. They even addressed the crashing bug, and yet they keep asking for the same information.
