Red Skull Buff Idea

I tried to buff Red Skull so that his Armor Up Buffs and Shock Debuffs work a little more in tandem than they already do. I also added an Overcharge mode that he can enter if he ever gains more than 10 Buffs.
Signature Ability
* While Heavy Charging, generate 7,5% Power per second.
* If Red Skull lands a Heavy attack when the opponent Dashes in, place a Shock Debuff on the opponent dealing 7500 Energy damage over 2 seconds, then enter Overcharge mode if it is not on cooldown.
Overwhelming Presence
Red Skull and the Cosmic Cube emit a presence that opponents cannot overcome. This greatly boosts Red Skull’s resistances while lowering his opponent’s chances to trigger abilities.
* For each Buff on Red Skull, gain 113 Energy Resistance and 113 Critical Resistance, and reduce the opponent’s Defensive Ability Accuracy by 10%.
* For each Debuff on the opponent, reduce their Offensive Ability Accuracy by 10%.
* Every time one of the opponent’s Abilities fails to trigger, Red Skull gains an Armor Up Buff.
Fight Start
* Gain 5 Armor Up Buffs, each granting 240 Armor Rating. Red Skull can have a maximum of 10 Armor Up Buffs active at any one time.
* If fighting Mutants or Avengers, place 2 indefinite Shocks on both of you. These count as Debuffs on the opponent and Buffs on Red Skull, and they each deal 100 Energy damage per second.
* Whenever under the influence of a Shock Buff, increase the potency of all personal Armor Up Buffs by 20% and Armor Break the opponent every time you gain an Armor Up Buff.
Overcharge
If Red Skull’s total amount of Buffs would exceed 10 through any means, enter Overcharge mode for one second per Armor Up Buff. When in Overcharge, Power Lock the opponent and place one Armor Break on them for each Armor Up Buff on Red Skull. Also place a Potency Debuff on them for the duration of the Overcharge, increasing the damage they take from any Shock Debuffs by 50%.
When Overcharge mode ends, purify all Armor Up Buffs on Red Skull and gain 5% Power for each.
After an 8-second Cooldown, gain 5 Armor Up Buffs.
When filling a bar of power
Gain an Armor Up Buff and place a Shock Debuff on the opponent.
Blocking a basic attack
* Drain an Armor Up Buff on Red Skull to Power Drain the opponent for 10% of Max Power, then inflict 300 Direct Damage per Buff on Red Skull. If the opponent has an Armor Up Buff active, drain that instead of Red Skull's.
* If there is a Shock Debuff on the opponent, Perfect Block the attack and refresh the duration of the Shock Debuff. If there are more than one Shock Debuff on the opponent, refresh the duration of the one closest to expiring.
Heavy Attacks
* If the opponent is stunned, Heal Block them for 7,5 seconds.
* If they are inflicted with a Shock Debuff, instead Heal Reverse them for 7,5 seconds.
Special Attack 1
The final hit refreshes all Shocks on the opponent and stuns them for 2 seconds.
Special Attack 2
Each hit Shocks the opponent, dealing 1470 Energy damage over 4 seconds. Shock duration is increased by 30% for each Buff on Red Skull.
Special Attack 3
Drain all of the opponent’s Power. For each 10% drained this way, gain an Armor Up Buff. Then place a Shock Debuff on the opponent for each of your Armor Up Buffs.
