Do you think caiw good even though he is unawaken? Dont know if i should invest in him

(Im currently at start of act5 and focusing on the side quest)

    If you only have a few 4* then you dont really need any utility just damage so just rank up all your damage dealers

    at ur level u dont rly need his sig utility that much, but his perfect block is great, and for the collector he's gonna save u a ton of revs
