Abilities have chances to trigger, this is what’s known as ability accuracy. If a champion can reduce this chance, that is ability accuracy reduction.
As an example, almost every champion has a base chance of 100% to parry (longshot has extra). If someone like domino is facing you, she reduces that at the start of the fight by 15%.
So at the start of the fight, Domino takes your 100% chance to parry, and reduces it by 15% of that 100%. So you now have an 85% chance to parry.
Then there’s technically DAAR for defensive ability accuracy reduction, but that’s not commonly used, and AA can mean either Ability Accuracy or Archangel. Normally this one means Archangel.
Crossbones is also an INSANE AAR champion. Four furies, and boom, no more ability accuracy in your opponent. Scale it up to 8 and you’ve got -200% AAR. This can effectively scale up infinitely.

Xbones buff is SUPER underrated so far. My r4 has soloed Mr. Negative every time in Cav EQ rather easily.

An example would be max sig OG Black Panther in Panthers Might.
