Dropping out of Expert even though we claimed our spot

Hello Kabam. Me and my alliance we are really disapointed because even though we managed to hit spot 2501 which means we didnt dropped from expert, now in the new AQ series it shows we dropped which means we are gonna lose our rewards for this series. I would really like and explanation what just happened and a compensation. I can provide screenshot that we really hit that line of not dropping. Our Alliance is called Otroci Fabrik with a tag OFCZ.
