Hulkbuster vs. Crossbones 6.1.5?

Because Hulkbuster can reduce the damage taken from poison when he has 2 armor ups, and he can regenerate a fair bit, could he hypothetically take down 6.1.5 Crossbones? How easy/tough would it be? Would he need to be awakened or require synergies?

Firstly, the reduction in potency from poison only comes into play when the poison is applied, so with the one armour up buff at the start of the fight it'll be -25% potency. However, with his regen and with willpower too, it will be greatly mitigated. So he can survive the start of the fight. Without willpower and awakened it is possible to survive but you'll be on extremely low health, so ideally you'd have both

Secondly, Hulkbuster's damage depends a hell of a lot on debuffs. You need those shocks to stick for your damage, and the power lock and stuns from specials will be shrugged off a fair bit by crossbones with his awakened ability hovering around the 90% chance (decreasing slightly for subsequent triggers).

Thirdly, since you have a large damage reduction since he's shrugging off your stuns, shocks and power lock, you may not be able to outdamage the regen node, or if your HB is a high enough rank and you can, it will be a very long fight.

In short, there will be a lot of hurdles to overcome for what won't be an enjoyable match up. If you're desperate, he's an option, but he is far from ideal.
