Just got enough science t4cc to rank up a champ who should i rank up first?

I have duped 4* 4/40, original captain America, abomination, yellowjacket,miles morales (spidey)and electro.I have a NOT duped,captain America ww2, quake And unduped 5* Hulk and rhino. Who should I rank up?

    Hulk is a beast, he's better duped obviously but he is one of my favorite champs right now. My 5/50 sig 80 4* hits harder than my 4/55 CM or SL when his sig kicks in. 2.8k crits, L2 that is a one shot, absolute beast. I usually try to lose a bit of health with him to have his hulk smash activated, and he destroys the poison path on map 5
