Gwenmaster vs. Grandmaster

The Grandmaster has been held up by plenty of people in the community as one of the most fun (once you understand it) and reasonable boss fights in the game. He rewards good play, has unique mechanics, is waaaaaaaay better than the Collector, and can be done essentially by any champion.
I have not made it to her yet (Just on 7.2.4, because I have work to do), but I watched Seatin's livestream and thought her mechanics were quite fun and very reminiscent of the Grandmaster, so I thought I would put it to the vote.
Which fight is better overall? This could combine design, animation, versatility, reasonable-ness, challenge, etc.
Edit: I left out fun, which should be the most important aspect, tbh.

Any champ which can reliably intercept is the way to go
