Milestone Champ not rewarding full sigs in featured arena

The featured milestone reward isn’t listed as a basic or tinted blue.
It’s only giving 1 sig instead of 20 when earned as a duplicate.
When earned as a ranked reward it would give the full amount plus iso.
This doesn’t seem to be the case in either 3* or 4*.

Featured arena champs in milestones only gives +1 sig, it doesn't count as a dupe.
It's been that way even in the old 3* featured arena.

apparently not.

it's about shang chi and he's not blue,
So a full champ with Sig 8 at 3 Star + iso
and sig 20 at 4 star + iso.

the 3 Champ box shows that it works. there was a full dup.
