Arena grinding strategy for Mid-level rosters

I used to get all of the milestones except for the 5-star featured. But now I’m lost as far as strategy. I currently have 175 four-star champs, 63 five-star champs and 10 six-star champs. If anyone is in similar boat ehat strategy have you adopted for grinding the new arenas for shards and units?
