Guys i have been wanting to ask this for a long time. What is difference between the nulify effect and stagger? How or when should i be using them to get the best results?

Well, a stagger is a debuff or passive that will nullify the next buff triggered. Nullify is the process of removing a buff unless directly stated it isn’t (like Tigra and neutralize)

    Stagger removes upcoming buffs.
    Nullify removes existing buffs.

Technically stagger is a nullify with timer.
