How to do Infinite streak in the new arenas?

Final post on this topic.
If I wait for the champs refresh, I will take approx 95 rounds to reach the 4-Star featured champ.


Trying to squeeze gameplay to slightly over two days + next morning requires 15 more rounds.


This means I am back to grinding T1A and T4B to rank champs if I want to reduce grind time.

Edit: 108 rounds shown above for Mr Negative was using boost (trying to hit in 2 days).

Without boost and trying to hit milestone in 2 days, it was around 115 rounds.
